To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what timetable he has set for a consultation on the night flight operations perimeters at Heathrow Airport to replace the existing agreement after October 2017.

The Government plans to carry out a two stage consultation to review the current night flight restrictions. The first stage will be a call for evidence and we expect to publish this shortly.
