The BBC have doorstepped Jane MacLeod, the Post Office’s most senior in-house lawyer between 2015 and 2019, who has refused to attend the Horizon Inquiry. MacLeod, who now lives in Australia, refused to engage with the BBC team or attend the inquiry, despite Sir Wyn Williams, chair of the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry, requesting her to do so either in person or on Zoom.
