Stanley Baldwin, the Prime Minister, made a statement in the House of Commons with regards to the failure of the Allies to reach agreement on the matter of German war reparations.

The Imperial Defence Committee published a report on the future of the Naval Air Army, also known as the Fleet Air Arm.
