Jonathan Edwards – 2014 Parliamentary Question to the Deputy Prime Minister

To ask the Deputy Prime Minister, if he will amend the guidance given to the Electoral Commission on whether prohibiting public officials who are suspended or under criminal investigation retain their responsibilities as returning officers.
