To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, with reference to his Department’s news story of 21 September 2015, on £2 billion support for Hinkley Point, what documentation has since been agreed and signed with EDF or other parties relating to that project.

No documents have been signed with EDF or any other parties, since 21st September 2015 announcing the approval of the £2 billion guarantee for Hinkley Point.
