Mr. F. Hart, aged 38, formerly a welder in a Clyde shipyard and convener of shop stewards in the yard, has been a member of the Communist Party since its inception, and has been a party organizer in Scotland and Sheffield. He is a former member of the Clyde-bank Town Council, and is industrial organizer in London for the Communist Party.
