BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. O. Brown, a teacher of languages, was born in 1902 and educated at the universities of Glasgow and Paris. Three times he contested East Renfrewshire unsuccessfully as Scottish Nationalist candidate, and was the first representative of the Party to save his deposit.
