BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. J. McMillan is studying at Glasgow University for a degree in economics. He received a secondary and grammar school education, and his academic career was interrupted by Army service. After the war he lectured for two years for the Royal Army Educational Corps on political science and history before resuming his studies at the university. He is on the executive of the West Scotland Junior Unionists’ Association.
