Mr. J. G. Wilson, unsuccessful in the Hillhead division of Glasgow in the 1945 election, has been a member of the executive of the Liberal Party for some years. An Edinburgh advocate, he is strongly in favour of reform of electoral procedure by the use of proportional representation.
