BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. G. B. Finlay, 32, was educated at Marlborough and University College, London, called to the Bar in 1946, and is in practice on the Oxford circuit. During the war he saw service with The South Wales Borderers, the Royal Artillery, and the Indian Army. He is treasurer of the Hardwicke Debating Society, and has been a member of the executive of the Chelsea Conservative Association.
