BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. E. R. Bowen, who is a barrister, was educated at Cardigan County School, University College, Aberystwyth, St. John’s College, Cambridge, Brussels, and the Inns of Court. In 1945 he was returned to Parliament for Cardigan, and is an ex-president of the Liberal Party as well as being a member of the Liberal Party council. He has served on the Lord Chancellor’s Committee on Leasehold Reform.
