Mr. T. Heseltine, 54, a local chemist, is president of the Normanton British Legion and section commander of the special police. Past chairman of the Pharmaceu?ical Union and ex-president of the Chemists’ Federation, he was recently on a delegation on drugs which went to Germany for the Ministry of Health. He is a member of Normanton U.D.C.
