BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. H. Aldam is 60, and was educated at Ta?caster Grammar School and Ruskin College, Oxford. He is a former lecturer in economics, and up to 1946 was a headquarters inspector of the L.N.E.R. A specialist on transport problems and trade union matters, he is one of the founders of the trade union movement among agricultural workers.
