BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. G. Owen was born at Addlestone in 1916 and is a depot inspector of the London Transport Executive. He joined the Liberal Party in 1946 and was chairman of Walton and Weybridge Liberal Association and of the Esher Division Liberal Executive Committee. He served in the Royal Artillery in India and Burma during the war and was with the counter intelligence section of the Control Commission in Germany in 1945 and 1946.
