BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. H. C. P. Fraser is a son of the 14th Lord Lovat, and is 32. He was educated at the Sorbonne University, Paris, and Balliol College, Oxford, where he took an honours degree in history. He was president of the Union while at Oxford. Having served with the Lovat Scouts—raised by his father—in the last war, in 1945 he entered Parliament for the Stone division.
