BIOGRAPHY :
Mrs. M. Hickling holds an honours degree in geography from Bristol University, and for six years before her marriage in 1936 taught in Manchester. During the war she was regional training officer for the W.V.S. in the south-west region. Since April, 1946, she has been a member of the Keynsham Urban Council, and since 1945 a Conservative Central Office staff speaker. She was born in 1910.
