BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. D. Webb stood as Common Wealth candidate at Daventry in 1945. He is 48 and went to elementary and grammar schools at Northampton, and is a boot and shoe manufacturer. An active worker in the Congregational Church, his main interest is the Boys’ Brigade, and he succeeded his father as chairman of Northampton Men’s Own.
