BIOGRAPHY :
Mr. N. H. Symington, farmer and company director, aged 46, was educated at Rugby and King’s College, Cambridge. He has been a member of Market Harborough U.D.C. since 1946. Twelve years ago he crossed the Sahara Desert on a motor-cycle. In December, 1949, he published a seven-point policy, which included the abolition of P.A.Y.E.
