BIOGRAPHY :
Mr. J. M. Baldock, who has a variety of business interests, was born in 1915 and went to Rugby and Balliol College, Oxford, where he obtained an agricultural diploma, and to the German University at Freiburg. He is a lieutenant-commander in the R.N.V.R. and has travelled extensively. Since the war he has broadcast to Germany on the B.B.C. European service.
