Mr. J. E. Gouldbourn, shoe and slipper manufacturer, is a former Territorial who ended his service in the war as a colonel on the staff of the 11th Army Group. Born in 1915 and educated at Heaton Moor College, Cheshire, he was for many years on the management staff of a Leicester shoe manufacturing company.
