Mr. E. Harrison, 64, a retired bank manager, was for three years first president of the Bank Officers’ Guild (now the National Union of Bank Employees), and for 15 years a member of the executive. For seven years he was chairman of Bacup savings committee, and for 14 years a Methodist circuit steward.
