Mr. R. Moss, born in 1913, is a secondary schoolmaster at Hertford. He has wide experience of adult education through the National Council of Labour Colleges, the W.E.A., and the Co-operative movement. He has been secretary and chairman of the Hertford Divisional Labour Party.
