BIOGRAPHY :
Mr. P. C. Goodhart, aged 25, is a student at Cambridge University, where he has taken a degree with honours in history. He is a senior committee member of the Cambridge Union and editor of Varsity. He was educated in America from 1938 to 1943, when he returned to serve in the war. He has been chairman of study groups in the University Conservative Association.
