Mr. D. F. R. Evans, born in 1920, worked with a firm of flour millers in Swansea before taking a commission in The Welch Regiment during the war. He was seconded for flying duties with the R.A.F. and served in Germany with an Army Cooperation squadron. He is a branch manager of a motor finance company.
