BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. H. Watson was born in 1897 and is the proprietor of an outfitters store in Wakefield. For 14 years he served on the Wakefield City Council, and was mayor in 1946. In addition to his local government activities he is a member of Wakefield Chamber of Commerce and Shipping and the local Chamber of Trade, of which he is a past president.
