BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. D. Logan succeeded Mr. T. P. O’Connor in the representation of the division in 1929 and has held the seat ever since. He is a Roman Catholic and has been connected with the pawnbroking business. Aged 78, he has vigorously repudiated the idea of rigid age limits for either M.P.s or magistrates.
