Mr. P. Phillips was born in 1920 and was educated at Upton House School, Hackney He is a surveyor, and a member of an Islington firm. He is a member of the Faculty of Surveyors and of the Valuers Association. For three years he has been secretary of North Hackney Liberal Association.
