Mr. L. Caplan, who was born in 1909, is a barrister specializing in commercial law. He was educated at the Grocers’ Company School and London University. During the war he became a major in an anti-tank regiment. He was Assistant Adjutant, General Allied Land Forces, South-East Asia. His wife is also a barrister.
