BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. T. H. C. Billson, aged 34, was a company secretary before the war, during which he served in the R.N.V.R. and took part in the landings at Dieppe, Sicily, and Salerno. In 1946 he was secretary of the fforde Committee which investigated the cement industry, and has since joined the Colonial Service.
