BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. F. Tomney was born in 1910 and edu-cated at elementary and technical schools. He is as electronic glass-blower, and a branch secretary j of the Municipal and General Workers’Union. Mr. Tomney is also a member of both Watford j Borough Council and the Herts County Council. He joined the Labour Party in 1925 and is a member of the Cooperative movement.
