To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, with reference to the Spending Review 2015, what steps he plans to take on the proposed Edinburgh City Region Deal.

We are working with Edinburgh and South East Scotland on their proposals to drive local economic growth and will continue to do so in discussion with the Scottish Government.
