BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. B. Law, born in 1926, the son of a bank manager, was commissioned in the 10th Royal Hussars in 1945 and served with the Rhine Army until 1948, when he returned to Oxford to study philosophy, politics, and economics. He joined the Oxford University Liberal Club, and became its president.
