BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. T. F. Peart is a schoolmaste? and qualified at Durham University in 1936. He was born in 1914 and served in the Army in the last war, rising to the rank of captain. He was elected for Working-ton in 1945 and has been Parliamentary private secretary to the Minister of Agriculture. He is a member of the national executive of the Playing Fields’ Association.
