Hills (37) is a printer who for the past three years has been studying at Oxford University, and while there was vice-chairman of the Oxford City Labour Party, president of the Oxford Union Society, and chairman of the Oxford University Labour Party group. He was in the Army during the war, and attained the rank of captain.
