BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. P. Remnant is a son of the late Lord Remnant, who for 28 years was M.P. for Hoi- §§§ born. He is well known in the county and has practical experience as a farmer. He was born in 1897 and was educated at Eton and Magdalene College, Cambridge. He served in both wars, in the second as senior staff officer to the G.O.C. Canal Area, Egypt.
