BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. T. Davies was a coalminer at Merthyr for a short period and was then a local government officer for 10 years. He is a planning officer with a London engineering firm. Joining the I.L.P. in Merthyr in 1920, from 1933 to 1935, he was at the head office. He is a member of Wembley Borough Council He was born in 1886.
