BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. I. F. Gibson, who is 26 years of age, is an economist and historian on a research project investigating the growth and development of the iron and steel industry with particular reference to Scotland. He was bora in Scarborough, and was educated at the Friends’ School, Cumberland, and in Glasgow, and studied at the Dundee School of Economics. He held a commission in the R.N.V.R? during the war.
