BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. H. B. Richardson was Labour candidate for Westmorland in 1945. An M.A. of Pembroke College, Cambridge, he held a number of educational appointments in India and was a captain in the Gurkha Rifles during the war. Attended the San Francisco Conference as one of the secretaries to the Indian delegation. He was born in 1910.
