BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. D. Widdicombe is a law tutor at Cambridge University and was born in 1924. He was educated at St. Albans School and Queen’s College, Cambridge. He is to be called to the Bar shortly, when he intends to practise as a barrister. He joined the Labour Party in 1942 and was secretary and chairman of the Cambridge University Labour Club. He is also a member of the Society of Labour Lawyers. He served with the Royal Armoured Corps during the last war.
