BIOGRAPHY :
Dr. E. F. St. J. Lyburn stood as an Independent candidate in the constituency in 1945, but forfeited his deposit. Born in 1904 and educated in Belfast and Trinity College, Dublin, he came to this country in 19?9, and held several hospital appointments. He founded a spa clinic at Tunbridge Wells.
