Mr. J. H. M. Scott, a member of the Liberal ” Shadow Cabinet,” is a son of the Mr. MacCullum Scott who sat in Parliament for many years as an M.P. for Glasgow. During the war he served on General Montgomery’s invasion staff. He has travelled widely and given much time to the foundation of the Liberal International.
