Mr. N. Hogg, aged 43, is a trade union official. A baker in Aberdeen for about 25 years, he was appointed North Scotland organizer for the Scottish Union of Bakers and Confectioners. He joined the Labour Party in 1924, and has served for five years on Aberdeen Town Council.
