Mr. J. Fallon, aged 61, is a prominent Smethwick industrialist with a knowledge of the metallurgical industries in many countries. He is a member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. He has carried out metallurgical engineering work in America and Europe, and served on a number of Government committees during the war.
