BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. H. Hill, an electrician, aged 36, was elected to Sheffield City Council as a Socialist, served for eight years, and was then expelled from the Labour Party for his association with Communists. He served for two years in the R.A.F. and was invalided out. He is full-time secretary of Sheffield Communist Party.
