BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. D. E. Moore, aged 54, was educated at Doncaster, and is now a manufacturer and exporter of electro-plate. He speaks nine languages. An extra-mural lecturer of Sheffield, he lectured to troops before and after the war. He is secretary of Yorkshire Liberal Association and chairman of Yorkshire Liberal Candidates’ Association, and contested Somerby in 1945.
