BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. J. Driscoll, at 24, is the youngest Conservative candidate in Wales. After the war he studied at Cardiff University, and graduated last year in economics. He served in the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, and the Indian Army during the war. Since 1946 Mr. Driscoll has been closely associated with the growth of the Young Conservative movement.
