BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. J. T. Middleton is 62 years of age and a native of Oldham. He has been a solicitor since 1914, and was educated at Oldham Grammar School, of which he is now deputy chairman. He has twice unsuccessfully contested Oldham, and was a member of the town council during the war.
