BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. D. M. Reid held a commission in the Royal Flying Corps during the 1914-18 war and was twice wounded in France, where he gained the M.C. Going back to Cambridge after the war he became president of the Union. Later he took a business appointment in India and was for six years a member of the Madras Legislative Assembly. During the war he served with Indian regiments.
