BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. E. H. Pickering is a former Liberal M.P. for West Leicester, and previously had an educational post in Japan. He returned to Japan and when war broke out he was imprisoned by the Japanese. Since his return to England in 1946 he has been teaching, latterly at Coalville Mining College.
