BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. J. Cooper, aged 36, was educated at Cardiff High School and University College of Wales, where he took his LL.B. After serving in the R.A.F. for five and a half years, mostly as a station adjutant, he studied theology at St. Andrew’s University and turned to social work. He holds an administrative post with a large welfare organization in London. He is also joint hon. secretary of the National Temperance Federation.
